Titusville and the Space Coast are great places to live and work, which is why Chelsea Whitaker choses to call it home. Chelsea has been an active member of the Space Coast community for over 25 years now and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. When she isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys owning and operating her airboat tour business, Backwoods Airboat Adventures, where she has been a USCG Master Boat Captain for over 12 years. 

 With her background as a local business owner, she acquires the advantage of being highly trained in marketing strategies, communication, negotiation skills, and customer service. These are important assets of a professional REALTOR® to have smooth and successful transactions with the dedication to succeed. 

Chelsea has excelled in real estate over the past year of 2022, with serving multiple families and closing over three million dollars in sales.  To best serve her customers, Chelsea has also worked hard to earn the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation in which she has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. Chelsea believes it is important to keep herself continuously learning and growing to gain expertise in her industry. Especially in this ever-changing market, knowledge is power! And she puts that power to work for her customers to help them reach their goals.

Some personal hobbies for Chelsea include being an avid outdoors woman taking interest in agriculture, hunting and fishing. She loves spending time with her children and family, traveling, and working out. Serving God and the community is also important to her as she enjoys serving her local church, The Grove, and loves being a part of their effort to mentor the youth, Grove Students.
