Haley Thomas Bio

Upon Haley's 2021 graduation from the University of Central Florida, where she received a BSBA with a major in Real Estate, she has been successfully pursuing a career as a licensed real estate agent in the Central and Northeast Florida areas. Since receiving her license in mid-2021, she has closed almost $4,000,000 in sales and leasing transactions.

Specializing in tenant representation, Haley has a passion for educating and working with business owners of all sizes and experience levels. She loves to assist in educating clients about the commercial leasing process and helping them find the perfect space to elevate their business. Haley also has experience in land sales, investment sales, and development. Supported by mentors with over 20 years of experience, Haley excels at handling a variety of transactions, and is constantly looking for new opportunities to grow in her career. She never turns down an opportunity to take on a new challenge.

Background

Haley grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and was raised by entrepreneur parents, who have owned their own business for more than 25 years. She started assisting her parents with business activities from a young age, leading into her passion for assisting small business owners in her current career. Throughout college, Haley worked as a retail manager for a fast-growing women's clothing boutique. In this role she assisted with the company's tenant buildouts at multiple locations. This experience gave her a great perspective of what a tenant goes through to prepare their new space for opening. Haley continues to use this experience to aid small business owners throughout commercial leasing transactions. Similarly, as a first-generation college graduate, Haley is not scared of new endeavors. 

Education

Thanks to her Bachelors in Business Administration from UCF, Haley has a strong understanding of investment strategies, calculating expected profitability, and creating expected cash flow analyses. Haley intends on furthering her professional education by pursuing her broker's license in 2023, an accomplishment she feels will launch her career further. 

Personal

In her free time, Haley can usually be found spending time with her wheaten terrier puppy, Lyla. Haley also enjoys spending time with friends and family, often supporting small businesses at local farmer's markets and similar events..
