With more than 25 years in sales, government relations, economic development, philanthropy, community service, and community redevelopment, Holly Carver is an owner and licensed real estate broker at Rocket City Real Estate, LLC. Holly navigates with superb communication and depth of character.  Her uniquely keen insight results in meaningful and sustainable connections across people, community, and industry. Although Holly represents tenants, owners and investors throughout Central Florida and provides professional services covering all aspects of office, industrial, and retail-related real estate, her specialty is her expert knowledge of the North Brevard market area.    

Holly’s experience and expertise includes some of the largest and most complicated commercial real estate transactions which helped to re-energize the “Post-Space Shuttle Titusville.”  This important work inspires her to continue to facilitate smart development.  Her ability to manage processes while navigating relationships and solving challenges give her a sharp advantage. As a resident of Titusville, FL since 1989, Holly is passionate about her role in community and economic development. Her specialty is expert knowledge of her market area.
