Patrice Holley Bio

 Patrice has been in Real Estate for 26 years. She specializes in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. She has worked throughout Central Florida in her Career. 

Her Passion:  Patrice is Passionate about North Brevard, her family moved here in 1964 for her Dad to start working at the Kennedy Space Center. Her Mother enveloped the area and opened many needed Clothing shops in the local Miracle City Mall and Searstown Mall, to name a few. Patrice started working in her mother's shops at just 14, which taught her a lot about working with the Public, Communication, Retail, Inventory, Buying, etc. Patrice was taught a good loyal work ethic from her parents.  Which she used to form her career in Real Estate. 
Her Mission: Patrice Loves to help families find their dream home and place new businesses in our area. It is very rewarding to build our community that we love. 
Her Statement: Since Patrice has been in Real Estate since 1996, she has built a rapport with the local Businesses, Lenders, Title Companies, Attorneys, Appraisers, Insurance Companies and Repair Vendors, as a team she can count on to make each transaction, a smooth transition with less Stress! Patrice knows her job and strives to further her education to stay on top of the latest and greatest for her customers. Never stop Learning! Career:  Realtor with Century 21, 8 years; Managed Financial Trust Realty 2 years;Riveredge Realty, 3 years; Opened and operated my own Office. Kiser Realty, 10 years;Rocket City Residential Brokered by EXP Realty, Residential Manager 2019 to date. 
Personal: I love to Walk/Run Daily for exercise, Travel Abroad, Boat, Cruising, Paddle board and just have crazy fun and adventure when not working!
